“AU TOUR DES GOURMANDISES”
In our window displays, the puff-pastries made will pure butter, our pastries and other sweets, our chocolate éclairs, our tarts, lemon, chocolate or even seasonal fruits, will wet your appetite
“Madeleines”, “Financiers” and other “travel cakes” will make you feel that childhood is not that far away. Where is the star of the show? Here it is : A little above everyone, our Baguette keeps everyone on check. She is – like all our breads, puff-pastries, travel cakes and tarts – prepared with love in front of your eyes with natural yeast, fermented with patience with flour from the “Chars & Brasseuil Mills” located just 50 kilometers away and shaped by hand! …A marvel of craftmanship!
